TrueERP is a software solution that goes beyond accounting. It is a true ERP solution designed to integrate the information from all your key business functions from inventory control, purchasing and manufacturing through to sales and fulfillment and much more. This ERP software comes complete with every module and function included, so you only need to enter data once and the entire suite knows about it.

TrueERP contains several different features to help streamline processes. The system’s accounting feature provides charts and graphs through Real-Time reporting, so users instantly gain access to graphical representations of data. The CRM module helps sales teams track responses, document customer histories, and even generate customer satisfaction reports. Through the program’s Electronic Data Integration (EDI), files can be imported and exported in various formats. The solution can also integrate directly with Google Analytics. TrueERP’s inventory control feature shows current stock levels, tracks volume prices, documents raw materials inventories and more. It also tracks stock levels across numerous stores and warehouses.

Pros: Well, I have been using the software for years time and it is a good product for us. It helps us do and run the business so easy. Features were good, easy of use. True ERP is been recognize as one of the best.
Cons: We are in the range of 7 out of 10 kind of like customers. We do like the product, it helps us do and run the business. There are only some part of the program that need to fix and I know they’re working on that.

'As our business grew we knew we needed to find something software wise that would help us run effectively and not just on spreadsheets and word docs anymore! We had a few presentations with the sales team and this looked the best solution for us. It tracked inventory in real time, the manufacturing part was easy to use and everything talked to everything so it is now easy for us to keep on top of our day to day processes.'

Pros: The implementation requires some hard work from you, the team on site are willing to do everything they can to teach you the software but you have to make sure you have everything you need to put into it and make it work. The on site team were really good at explaining how we should use the system and patient when it took some members of staff longer than others to get it.
Cons: We had some customizations done that took a little longer than I would have liked but once we got them the worked perfectly.

Pros: Though the installation is not yet complete, I find it already ease of use. The features on the software was quite pretty good. The reporting were amazing, I can be able to track all whats in and out.
Cons: So far, I haven’t encountered problems or issues about the software. The Project Manager who came in our premises was very helpful and did well on the training for us.

Pros: When calling for Support help, I usually only have to call once and I have all of my questions answered. If they can’t be answered, the support department calls me back. It’s a great addition the each and every time we call support, I receive an email log of the problem.
Cons: There are no cons with the support. As I said above, my questions are answered first call and the Support log email is great to pass on or refer back to if need be.

Pros: I’m only new to the software and so still learning, but so far its been easy enough to pick up, I’ve called the support line before and they gave me a few handy tips that will make a difference in how efficiently I am able to complete different jobs.

Pros: I’ve been using ERP for many years now and I love how easy it is to use, I would have no problem recommending the software to anyone because of how much it helps me personally day to day and the business as a whole.
Cons: I don’t dislike anything about ERP, it has great features and functionalities, its easy to use and helps me work better.

Pros: We are using both PC and Tablet versions of ERP and though there have been a couple of hick up’s with the tablet, there isnt anything that we have been unable to sort out in good time with Dene. He is good at showing me what the issue was, how it was resolved and if there is anything new he teaches me what to do. It’s also the team behind him that help allot, everyone there works hard and it really shows.
Cons: No Cons or negative points, but he is a pretty busy mane. When I don’t get onto him fist call, he gets back to me pretty quickly.

Pros: I use ERP fortnightly but I find it really easy to use, I can find a report to show me what ever information I need, I can do everything in one big bunch rather then individually. I just makes my job allot easier and faster.
Cons: I don’t dis-like ERP but it would be handy to have an online portal within the program. I have to go online for a part of my job and it would be handy to have. But on a whole it’s a great system and I enjoy using it.

Pros: Well, I am getting a discount from the company which is really good. About the product or the software, we are really happy that we bought it. Its easy to use, very friendly, and basically it helps our business needs.

Pros: I don’t have much to say about True ERP but it is definitely a friendly user kind of a software. It is more like self-explanatory.
Cons: I am hoping for a more customer support specially in technical department. As we face some issues recently about the software.

Pros: ERP offers great support for anything you need help with within the program. They are quick to resolve problems and are patient with you when they are teaching something new.
Cons: There really isn’t anything I like least about TrueERP. It contains everything that I need from an accounting point of view & the other areas of the business are able to use the same program.

Pros: The best parts of ERP include being able to track everything that goes in and out of the business which makes it easy for me to create reports and stats to pass onto other people and departments. This also creates a healthy competitive environment for the staff to be at the top of the charts each month.
Cons: In the beginning ERP was hard to wrap my head around but the different aspects but it is easy enough to follow and use now.

Pros: The system can hold a lot of information. Entering data is one of our main things. One of the best feature or like a function that I like the most is the report which is very accurate.
Cons: We do not encounter much of problems dealing the software. It only freezes sometimes, but definitely the guys behind TRUE ERP working on it.

Pros: We have found that ERP is easy to use and we are able to track what our staff are doing through out the day. We have had a great trainer from ERP come and help us learn how to best utilize the software for our business.
Cons: We are waiting for an addition to be completed to really perfect ERP for us but when that is done I dont think there will be any Cons.

'TrueERP is great because it incorporates all parts of our business. We are currently running about 90% of the business through the software!'

Pros: Easy of use, customer support is awesome.
Cons: Even though the software is great,there are some points that I don’t like about. Like the report, the payroll reports not the way I want.

Pros: Good support you explain things so I can understand them and its good to talk to you. Happy with the support I receive.
Cons: The support is good I just need to train some more on the functionality which I can do with you as you explain it well.

'In short, yes TrueERP has helped us manage day to day business. It is a big program and it was a significant change overall. The past year has been a big adjustment and you guys are developing the Hire module for us. After those developments are complete it will be even more helpful. I would also give a higher rating for “Value for Money” once our additions are done and we can use the Hire module. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the software to anyone with experience in inventory software, otherwise there is a bigger learning curve. Besides that, I would for sure! Personally, I would describe the software as user friendly! Set up a sample company to mirror your current company to learn how to use the software without mucking up your real data. Practicing in a sample environment has been really good for us!'

Pros: Running different types of reports is so easy! The sort functions for lists and the ability to apply filters is also great!
Cons: We have had problems loading some of our really big reports. We also found an issue with the auto-reorder functionality but they are fixing this for us now.

'I would recommend TrueERP! It accommodates any kind of business and molds to what their needs are. You can tell by all of the different features that it would suit any company, especially larger companies. It is a very adaptable package!'

Pros: The things I like best about TrueERP is that it is user-friendly and straight forward. It also makes invoicing very easy.
Cons: Only that with the last update some of our templates were effected & some preferences were changed which was a little time consuming to fix.

Pros: Being able to see the linking from sales transactions, receiving in stock, and invoicing. It is great to see the chain all the way through. This is very relevant to customers with a lot of stock.
Cons: We have some struggles with data importing/exporting. It would be nice if there was an easier way to tidy this up and make it more consistent.

'I like it, I would recommend it! It has made my work quicker, especially invoicing and accounts. It is quite user friendly once you get to know it. Take notes during training and get in and use it! Use the sample company they set up and give it a run! It’s really about getting in, using it and getting familiar.'

'TrueERP has helped us with POS, invoicing and tracking customers and stock. I suppose it is user-friendly. As with everything though, for those who aren’t as computer literate, you may have to play around. I am able to call in for support when I need it and I would recommend it.
